Winnie Sue Flanagan Dunlap, age 83, of Paris, Tenn., died Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at Paris Healthcare & Rehab Center in Paris, Tenn.
She was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church and the Martha Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. Her first job was an AT&T switchboard operator and she formerly worked at Holley Carburetor Plant, Hal-dex, and the Clippard Plant.
She was born April 30, 1932 in Paris, TN to the late Hallie Flanagan and the late Prudie Jane Oliver Flanagan.
Winnie was married June 30, 1951 to James Audrey Dunlap he preceded in death June 28, 2005.
She is survived by her one Daughter, Brenda Jane Dunlap Jones of Ashville, N.C.; one Son, James Michael "Mike" (Barbara) Dunlap of Paris, Tenn; two Brothers, Windell (Dianne) Flanagan of Paris, Tenn, Terry (Pam) Flanagan of Paris, Tenn; three Grandchildren, Shane Dunlap, Katie Jones (Brent) Chermside, and Jonahs Jones.
Besides her Husband and Parents, she was also preceded in death by Sisters, Mary Katherine Calloway, Frances Wilson, and Hallie Mae Nichols; and a Grandchild, Ethan Aaron Dunlap.
She is to be cremated and a private family Graveside Memorial Service will be held.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn.
