Warren H. Lamb, age 81, of Paris, TN, died Sunday, December 11, 2016, at his residence in Paris, TN.
He was a retired sprayer at Mar-Kel Lighting. He was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church, and loved to hunt and fish.
Warren was born on October 19, 1935, in New Concord, KY, to the late Charlie Lamb and the late Manerva Bailey Lamb.
Warren was married on February 10, 1959, to Rita Collins Lamb, who survives.
Along with his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Jean Painter of Paris, TN; one sister, Marie Ellison of Paris, TN; one brother-in-law, William Collins of Puryear, TN; one sister-in-law, Judy Collins of Paris, TN; four grandchildren, Sasha (Jay) Wallace of Paris, TN; Hope Andrews of Nashville, TN; Justin (Nicki) Lamb of Pennsylvania; and Jason (Kat) Lamb of Paris, TN; and 19 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, Jerry Warren Lamb; a son-in-law, Tim Painter; sisters, Faye Pusteri, Lucille Horita, Edith Norton, Juanita Smith, and Maxine Lamb; brothers, Norman Lamb, James Lamb and Charles Lamb.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN where the visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 pm Tuesday, December 13, 2016 and from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 14, 2016. The funeral service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 14, 2016, with Micheal Barnhart officiating.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Named as honorary pallbearers are the men of New Bethel Baptist Church.
Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
