Virginia Bunton

Virginia Lee Wimberley Cox Parker Bunton, age 95, of Martin, Tenn., died Friday, February 13, 2015, at Martin Healthcare Center in Martin, Tenn.  She married in 1938 to Raymond Cox he died in 1942, then married in 1943 to Clifford A. Parker he died in 1994, then in 1997 married William L. Bunton he died 2004.She was a member Como Church of Christ and formerly worked at Salant & Salant in Paris, TN.

She was the daughter of the late Ivy Wimberley and the late Lora Rawls Wimberley.

She is also survived by her two sons: J. W. (Carolyn) Parker of Martin, Tenn. & Raymond Lee (Mary Jane) Cox of Gleason, Tenn.; one sister, Eulalia Wimberley of Paris, Tenn. She has 3 grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husbands she was preceded in death by two sisters: Lorene Bridges and Evelle Bell and two brothers: John Aden and James Clovis Wimberley.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St. - P.O. Box 788, Paris, Tenn., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday, February 14, 2015 and after 12:00 PM  Sunday, February 15, 2015, at the Church.  Funeral service will be at Como Church of Christ at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 15, 2015, with Rex Buford & Mike Wimberley officiating.  Interment will be at Olive Branch Cemetery in Cottage Grove, Tenn.
