Vickie Lynn Grace

Vickie Lynn Grace, age 61, of Paris, TN, died Thursday, February. 9, 2023, peacefully in her sleep at AHC in McKenzie, TN.

Vickie was born July 4, 1961, in Chicago, IL, to the late Willie Gene Boyd and mother, Mary Sue Boyd, who survives of Gallatin, TN.

Vickie was a believer in Christ and believed in the power of prayer.

Her life was dedicated to her family and being present for anyone in need. Her passion in life was children. She devoted her time to raising, teaching and above all else- loving all of her babies. She was everyone’s “Nana”.

She had a dry, witty sense of humor that kept everyone on their toes, and she had joy in seeing people happy. She was selfless and a pure light to this world.

Along with her mother, she is survived by one daughter, Stacie Lynn Pack of Paris, TN.; one son, Erik Anthony Pack of Paris, TN, six grandchildren, Lilly Pack, Justen Pack, Marissa Tharpe, Maranda Tharpe, Trey Tharpe and Tyler Long; five great-grandchildren, Novah Howard, Kaydence Edmonson, De’Mari Howard, Kamiyah Edmonson and Nakiyah Howard. She is also survived by one brother Ronnie Boyd of Paris, TN and one sister Michelle (Sabrina) Boyd of Nashville, Tenn. She also leaves behind two nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother Kenneth Boyd and sister-in-law, Allyson Boyd.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN. She is to be cremated. A celebration of life is being planned by the family and will be announced at a later date.
