Timothy Mart “Tim” Painter, age 60, of Paris, Tenn., died Sunday, December 29, 2013, in Paris, Tenn. Tim married January 1, 2000 to Jean Lamb Painter and she survives.
Tim was a Christian and loved deer hunting and fishing. He as a Millwright in the welding industry and also served in the U.S. Army for 7 years where he was an Army Ranger.
He was a son of the late Paul Painter and the late Ruby Hamlett Painter.
He is also survived by his Three Daughters, Rachel (Kerry) Melton of Camden, Tenn., Sasha Bradley of Paris, Tenn., Hope Andrews of Paris, Tenn.; Two Sons, Chris (Jessica) Painter of Huntingdon, Tenn., Mark (Dawnyell) Painter of Danville, Va.; Two Sisters, Joan (Jack) Milam of Keeling, Va., Kay Wyatt of North Carolina; Grandchildren,Trystan Bradley, Ian Bradley, Brennon Bradley, Emma Cary, Ian Painter, Emelie Painter, Emily Dawn Painter, Ryan Melton, Addison Melton, Jeramiah Baker, Jordyn Baker, Trinity Baker, and Joseph Baker.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Painter.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn., where visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, December 31, 2013 and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 1, 2014. The Funeral Service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 1, 2014.
Randy Roberts will officiate.
Pallbearers will be, Mike Flowers, Duhl Evans, Joey Thompson, Jeff Thompson, Phil Crawford, and Chad Thompson.
Interment will be at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Paris, Tenn.
