Theodore "Ted" Diem

Theodore “Ted” Austin Diem, age 77, of Paducah, KY, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at Baptist Health Paducah in Paducah, KY.
Ted was married July 22, 1982 to Frances Hart Diem, she survives.
He was a Retired Maintenance Supervisor for University of Illinois in Glendale, Illinois. In retirement he stayed busy with heating & air conditioning, and electrical and plumbing repair for friends and family. Ted enjoyed traveling, collecting model trains and collecting John Deere tractors.
He was born May 26, 1936 to the late Theodore Anthony Diem and the late Kathaleen Whitefide Diem.
He is also survived by Two Daughters, Shelia (Jim) Pierce of Paducah, Ky, Gail Boyd of Paducah, Ky,
Two Sons, Sahyon Boyd of Paris, TN, Drex (Donna) Boyd of Paris, TN, One Sister, Loraine (Ben) Ramirez of Colorado, One Brother, Richard Diem of Paducah, KY, 11 Grandchildren, and 19 Great Grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a Grandchild, Miyah Davis.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn. The funeral service will be Graveside at Shady Grove Cemetery, Paris, TN at 1:00 PM Friday, November 8, 2013.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Brookshire, Brandon Boyd, Todd Boyd, Jason Davis, Mike Hart, Randall Lowe, and Justin Thurman.
Joe Walker Sr. will officiate. Interment will be at Shady Grove Cemetery in Paris, Tenn.
