Thelma Irene Lamb, age 84, of Paris, Tenn., died Saturday, November 7, 2015, at Henry County Healthcare Center in Paris, Tenn. She was a retired LPN from Chesmore Clinic. She was a member of Jesus Saves Baptist Church who enjoyed working outdoors and loved her family.
She was the daughter of the late Otis Chester Smith and the late Winnie Mae Patterson Smith.
She is survived by her Seven Daughters: Cathey (James) Stambaugh of McKenzie, Tenn., Brenda (Teddy) Hill of Paris, Tenn., Donna (Bobby) Beasley of Murfreesboro, Tenn. Jennifer King of Paris, Tenn., Jackie Turner of Eddyville, Ky., Kathy Lamb of Tennessee, Jennie (Chris) Dyer of Camden, Tenn;Son-Charles (Debi) Colley of Springville, Tenn.; Two brothers:Billy (Betty) Smith of Puryear, Tenn., Johnny (Evelyn) Smith of Dresden, Tenn.
Ms. Lamb leaves 25 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren & 4 great great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons: Ronald David Sager and W.C. Colley, Jr., two sisters: Doris Clement & Elizabeth Snow and two brothers: Leon Smith & O.C. Smith, Jr.
Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St. - P.O. Box 788, Paris, Tenn., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, November 9, 2015 and after 9:00 AM Tuesday, November 10, 2015 The Funeral service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 10, 2015 , with Joe Collins officiating. Interment will be at Memorial Cemetery in Paris, Tenn.
