Teresa Nash

Teresa Carol Nash, age 70 of Paris, TN, died Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at Saint Thomas Hospital West in Nashville, TN.

Teresa was a member of Tennessee Valley Community Church. She retired from Tecumseh motors after working over 30 years. She enjoyed working in her yard and growing beautiful flowers. She loved the University of Kentucky basketball. She loved meeting and being with people. She cherished time with her family. 

Teresa was born March 28, 1954, in Murray KY, to the late Virgil “Dutch” Maddox and the late Joy Love Jackson Maddox.

Teresa is survived by one daughter, Amanda (James) Moon of Trezevant TN; two sons, Jason (Kayce) Nash of Clarksville TN, and T.J. (Lauren) Nash of Cottage Grove TN; seven grandchildren, Maddox Nash, Dylan Moon, Brandon Moon, Chase Nash, Devin (Kaci) Nash, Xander Moon, and Claire Nash; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Sheila (Chuck) Hancock of Paris TN; and her companion of 17 years, Ed Howell of Paris TN. 

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Virgil Maddox.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242. Visitation will be Saturday, November 30, 2024, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with funeral service beginning at 1:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Gallimore officiating. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Burial to be at Birds Creek Cemetery in the Whitlock Community.
