Shellie Frances Boyd Parker, age 96, of Paris, Tenn., died Saturday, August 16, 2014, at Plumley Rehab Center in Paris, Tenn. She married Julian Vincent Parker May 17, 1941, who died November 21, 1994. She was a member of Maplewood Baptist Church. She retired from Holley Carb. Plant.
She was the daughter of the late Richard Boyd and the late Lydia Coleman Boyd.
She is survived by her Grandson Randall Parker and his son Connor Parker both of Union City and Daughter-in-law Pat Parker of Paris, Tenn.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday, August 18, 2014 and after 9:00 AM Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Her funeral service will be at LeDon Chapel Ridgeway Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 19, 2014, with Lynn King officiating. Interment will be at Memorial Cemetery in Paris, Tenn.
