Shelby Shevonne Stallings

Shelby Shevonne Stallings, age 37 of Paris, TN, died Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN.

She loved being a mother, and her daughters were her pride & joy. Shelby loved taking care of her girls and taking them to cheerleading activities. She enjoyed being with her family, being at the lake, having picnics, and enjoying life.

Shelby was born December 30, 1986, in Murray, KY, to the late Lawrence Edward Stallings and Brenda Darnell Stallings, who survives, of Puryear, TN.

Along with her mother, she is also survived by her two daughters, Chloe Shevonne Conklin and Payslie Grace Stallings, both of Paris, TN; four siblings, Deon (Verdell) Crosser, Landon Stallings of Puryear, TN, Toya Stallings of Puryear, TN, and Colt (Cynthia) Stallings of Puryear, TN; and eight nieces and nephews.

Arrangements will be handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN, 38242. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, and continue Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. The funeral service will be Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Carl Anderson officiating. 

Serving as pallbearers will be Landon Stallings, Colt Stallings, Colby Stallings, Dakota Stallings, Tanner Stallings, Donald Stallings, Jeff White, and Daniel Yoke. Named as honorary pallbearers are Anthony Conklin, John Singleton, Josh Singleton, Tyler Roberts, Shawn Salmon, Austin Young, Dusty Crosser, Shane Crosser, and Deon Crosser.

Burial will be in Puryear City Cemetery in Puryear, TN.
