Scott Kinnick, age 54 of Paris, TN, died Tuesday, November 21, 2017, in Paris, TN.
He worked for many years in the autobody business. He enjoyed building and rebuilding carburetors, drag racing, and anything to do with cars. He was dedicated to rescuing stray and injured animals. He was Methodist in belief.
Scott was born February 25, 1963, in Detroit, MI, to the late Warren Kinnick and the late Elma Kinnick.
He was married October 31, 2015, to Tina Dean Bledsoe Kinnick, who survives, of Paris, TN.
Along with his wife, he is also survived by three children, Kristian Lindley of Paris, TN, Shane (Sarah) Lindley of Puryear, TN, and Bryan Lindley of Paris, TN; two stepchildren, Michael Bledsoe of Paris, TN, and Dixie Bledsoe of Paris, TN; one sister, Vickie Kinnick of Johnson City, TN; a special aunt who raised him from age 16, Shirley Baker of Paris, TN; special cousins, Kim (Johnny) Berry of Big Sandy, TN, and Robert “Cotton” Kinnick of Paris, TN; five grandchildren, Natalie Enoch, Kayden Lindley, Keagan Lindley, Storm Lindley, and Layla McKillip; one nephew, Corey Butts; and a stepmother, Lenore S. Kinnick of Johnson City, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Tuesday, November 28, 2017, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, with the funeral service to begin at 1:00 pm in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home. Bro. Mike Rhodes will officiate.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Burial will follow in Bethesda Cemetery in Paris, TN.
