Sara Imadell "Dell" Wimberley

Sara Imadell “Dell” Wimberley, age 80 of Puryear, TN, died Sunday, July 29, 2018, at Henry County Medical Center.

Dell was a member of Whitlock Church of Christ. She was a homemaker, who enjoyed gardening, mowing her lawn, and collecting owls.

She was born January 15, 1938, to the late J.C. Triplett and the late Mary Roberta Allison Triplett.

She was married June 6, 1955, to James D. “Donnie” Wimberley, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sisters, Linda (Robert) Hill of Darden, TN, and Glenda Bruce of Paris, TN; one brother, Bobby (Betty) Triplett of Paris, TN; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great -great nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by several children, Randy Wimberley, and some in infancy; two sisters, Norma French and Brenda Triplett; and one brother Keith Triplett.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Wednesday, August 1, 2018, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at 3:00 pm, with Randy Stephens officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.

Interment will be in Elkhorn Cemetery in Springville, TN.
