Sam Beal

Sam Beal, age 70 of Paris, TN, died Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, TN.

He retired after 40 plus years from Ajax Distributing as a sales manager. Sam enjoyed golfing, antique cars, collecting baseball cards and knives. He loved watching baseball and was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and golfing buddies.

Sam was born October 8, 1953, to the late Henry Leon Beal and the late Billie W. Pope Beal.

He was married May 29, 1992, to Wanda Page Beal, who survives, of Paris, TN.

Along with his wife, he is also survived by two children, Traci French Lemonds of Paris, TN, and Darren (PJ) French of Paris, TN; one sister, Brenda Beal Rich of Huntingdon, TN; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his faithful dog, Sassy Mae. \

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242. The body is to be cremated. Memorial visitation will be Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, and continue Friday, October 4, 2024, from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. The memorial service will be Friday, October 4, 2024, at 11:00 am at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Joe McClure and Darren French officiating.
