Sahyon "Shay" Boyd

Sahyon Farrell “Shay" Boyd, age 58, of Paris, Tenn., died Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tenn.
He was the Owner and Operator of Boyd Roofing Co Paris. He loved his children and grandchildren and enjoyed hunting, and fishing.
Shay was born June 1, 1957 in Paris, TN to the late Quinton Boyd and Frances Hart Diem of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by his one Daughter, Leslie (Justin) Thurmond of Buchanan, Tenn; one Son, Brandon (Alice) Boyd of Paris, Tenn; two Sisters, Gail Boyd of Paducah, Ky and Shelia (Jim) Pierce of Paducah, Ky; one Brother, Drex (Donna) Boyd of Paris, Tenn; four Grandchildren, Hunter Boyd, Kaylee Haas, Laney Boyd, and Colter Thurmond.
Besides his father, Shay was also preceded in death by brothers, Gary Quinton Boyd and Terry Lee Boyd.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn., where the visitation will be from 4 – 7 pm Thursday, March 17, 2016 and from 12 – 2:30 pm Friday, March 18, 2016. The Funeral Service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 2:30 pm Friday, March 18, 2016
Rev. Barry Noble Hart will officiate. Pallbearers will be Shane Phillips, John Broomfleet, Troy Patterson, Scott Braham, Randall Lowe, and Frankie Nance.
Interment will be at Shady Grove Cemetery in Paris, Tenn.
