Ruby Sutherland

Ruby Sutherland, age 89 of Buchanan, TN, died Tuesday August 11, 2015 at Paris Healthcare and Rehab Center in Paris, TN.

She was married to O.L. “Buddy” Sutherland July 28, 1944 and he preceded in death September 7, 2003.

Ruby was born November 7, 1925 in Dresden, TN to the late Floyd B. Stafford and the late Laura Adelle Terrell Stafford.

She is survived by a Son, David (Linda) Sutherland of Buchanan, TN;  Daughter-in-law, Linda Taylor of Puryear, TN;  Sister, Linda Ann Tucker of Dresden, TN;  Two Grandchildren, Sara Sutherland and Jason Sutherland;  and a Great Grandchild, Charlie Sutherland.

Besides her Husband and Parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Sutherland; and 2 Grandchildren in infancy.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St.,  Paris, TN.     Visitation will be Wednesday August 12, 2015 from 4 – 7 pm and Thursday from 10 – 11 am.   The Funeral Service will be Thursday August 13, 2015 at 11 am at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home.

Larry Dukes and Betty Dunlap will officiate.    Pallbearers will be Jason Sutherland, David Todd, Johnny Henderson, Chad Carver, Adam Ray
. and Jeff Spence.

Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Buchanan, TN.
