Ronnie Wayne Atkins

Ronnie Wayne Atkins, age 64 of Paris, TN, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at his residence.

Ronnie was a longtime truck driver who drove for many trucking companies through the years. He loved golfing, music, playing the guitar and was a self-taught piano player. He also loved collecting sports cards and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Ronnie loved his family very much and he was always the fun uncle. Ronnie was a Christian, he loved the Lord, and he finished well.

He was born January 12, 1961, in Minot, ND to the late Bobbie J. “Bob” Atkins and the late JoAnn Johnson Atkins.

Ronnie is survived by two sisters, Linda (Randy) Crowder of Paris, TN, and Cindy (Joe) Fain of Paris, TN; five nieces and nephews, Matthew (Ruthie) Crowder, Tracie (Chad) Smith, Caleb (Annie) Fain, Hunter (Ryan) Crowder, and David Fain; and seven great nieces and nephews, J.B., Will, Jeremiah, Rian, Brie, Paisley, and Brinley.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, will be handling the arrangements. Visitation will be at Ridgeway Funeral Home on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 11 am until 12 pm with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 pm officiated by Chad Smith, and Everett Holloway.

Pallbearers will be Matt Crowder, Joel Gunter, Caleb Fain, David Fain, and Hunter Crowder.

Burial will follow in Memorial Cemetery in Paris.
