Robert "Bobby" Rick

Robert “Bobby” Rick, age 50 of Paris, TN, died, Monday, February 4, 2019, in Paris, TN.

He was a carpenter for God’s Blessing Handyman Service in Paris.  Bobby enjoyed boxing and building with his hands.  He loved his family, especially his grandchildren.

Bobby was born October 19, 1968, in Chicago, IL, to the late Kenneth John Rick and the late Margaret Ann Merrell Rick.

He is survived by five children, Heather Smith of Paris, TN, Katelyn Rick of Paris, TN, Kristin Rick of Paris, TN, Korey Rick of Paris, TN, and Michael Jerrick of Illinois; four sisters, Gini Greer of Paris, TN, Shelia Peters of Paris, TN, Karen Rick of Dyersburg, TN, and Doris Rick of Florida; eight grandchildren, Sierra Pinson, Kayden Taylor, Logan Rick, Brody Stepp, Korben Crosno, Klover Crosno, Savannah Stepp, and Zailey Fitzgerald; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Rita Merrell and Debra Bachtell; and five brothers, Windolan Merrell, David Merrell, Michael Merrell, Frankie Rick, and William Carl Rick; one grandchild, Jordan Thompson.

Arrangements will be handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN, 38242.  The body is to be cremated.   Memorial visitation will be Friday, February 8, 2019, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with the memorial service to begin at 2:00 pm at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Joe McClure officiating.
