Roberta Draves

Roberta Nicholson Draves, age 86, of Buchanan, TN, formerly of California, died Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN.
She was married to Duane L. Draves, who preceded her in death on July 16, 2016. After his death, Roberta moved to Tennessee to live with her niece.
Roberta was one of the first stewardesses for TWA Airlines. She was also a homemaker.
She was born January 7, 1931, in Buffalo, NY, to the late Hugh G. Nicholson and the late Angie Dixson Nicholson.
She is survived by one niece, Cynthia N. (Terry) Rice of Buchanan, TN; one nephew, Claude (Nancy) Nicholson of Hampton, VA; two great-nieces, Alissa Rice (John) Parrish of Paris, TN, and Aimee Rice (Keith) Boatright of Springfield, MO; one great-nephew, Josh (Tara) Nicholson of Hampton, VA; two great-great nieces; two great-great nephews; and special friends at Eiffel Gardens.
In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Hugh Nicholson, Jr.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN.
The body is to be cremated with no services planned.
