The funeral service for Kenlake Foods employee Robert "Bobby" Michael Kirstein of Paris will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Joey Collins will officiate. Entombment will be in Rose Lawn Mausoleum.
Chosen as pallbearers are Tim Witherspoon, David Phillips, Timmy Kirstein, Josh Morris, Cory Wetherington and Andy Blazer.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Kirstein, 35, was dead on arrival Sunday, June 30, 2013, at Henry County Medical Center from injuries caused in a one-vehicle accident.
His wife, Teri Knott Kirstein, survives. They were married on Aug. 13, 2007.
Born Sept. 9, 1977, in Chicago, he was a son of David John (Barbara) Kirstein of Braidwood, Ill., and the late Joan Hauber Kirstein Leone.
Kirstein worked at Kenlake Foods in Murray for 16 years. He was primary caretaker for his mother, Joan Kirstein Leone, until her death on May 26, 2013. His wife said he enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia and hanging out at Buchanan Resort. He was a Tennessee Titans fan, an avid sports fan and loved his dog.
He also leaves two daughters: Jordan and Brooklyn Kirstein, both of Paris; one son: Tyler Kirstein of Paris; two stepsons: Skyler Chandler and Colton Witherspoon, both of Paris; three brothers: Chris Kirstein of Yorkville, Ill., David (Jodi) Kirstein of Elk Grove Village, Ill., and Tim Kirstein of
LaGrange, Ill.; his in-laws: Terry (Danielle) Knott and Gwen Knott, all of Paris; a special aunt: Nancy Altman of Somonauk, Ill.; and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
