Rita Jean Butler, age 76, of Paris, Tenn., died Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tenn.
She was a member of First Baptist Church. Rita was a former Executive Secretary for Campbell-Rhea Manufacturing and Mohon International where she worked for over 45 years. She had a love for all animals and enjoyed flowers, gardening, and reading mysteries. She was also a former Quota Club Member.
Rita was born May 9, 1939 in Buena Vista, TN to the late R.K. Butler and the late Jeweldean Haskins Butler.
She is survived by her three Sisters, Carol B. Campbell of Paris, Tenn, Marilyn (Joe) Jackson of Paris, Tenn, and Pat Stutzman of Paris, Tenn; one Niece, Kelley (Greg) Lassiter of Paris, TN; two Nephews, Dana Mobley of Williston, ND and Kyle Dodd of Columbia, TN; one Great Niece, Hayley Dodd; and three Great Nephews, Clinton Mobley, Nathan Stephens, and Noah Lassiter.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, Tenn. No visitation is planned. There will be a Graveside Service at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Buena Vista, TN at 4:00 pm Friday, April 29, 2016. Paul Veazey will officiate and Nephews will serve as Pallbearers.
Interment will be at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Buena Vista, Tenn.
