Rhonda Weatherford

Rhonda Kay Weatherford, age 48 of Buchanan, TN, died Saturday, September 30, 2017, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

She was Baptist in faith and a member of Point Pleasant Baptist Church in Buchanan, TN.  She loved spending time with family and friends, fishing and being outdoors.

Rhonda was born April 7, 1969, in Paris, TN, to Donnie Barnhill, who survives, of Paris, TN, and the late Gaytha Ann Beecham Barnhill.

Along with her father, she is also survived by one daughter, Amanda Weatherford and fiancé Patrick Connelly of Buchanan, TN; one sister, Cynthia “Cindy” Hall of Buchanan, TN; three grandchildren, Alyssa Hudgins, Cameron Connelly, and Jackson Connelly; one niece, Christina Hall of Buchanan, TN; one uncle, Terry Barnhill of Buchanan, TN; several other aunts and uncles; a special friend, Chris Kirk of Buchanan, TN; and lifelong friends, Kevin Weatherford and Tami Thompson both of Buchanan, TN;

In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Michael “Mickey” Barnhill; and one niece, Tara N. Barnhill.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where memorial visitation will be Wednesday, October 4, 2017, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm, with the memorial service beginning at 6:00 pm at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Cortez Merrell officiating.
