Reggie Edward "Ed" Ferrell

Reggie Edward “Ed” Ferrell age 80 of Buchanan, TN, died Monday, October 7, 2024, at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Ed had worked many years in the food service industry. He also worked as a security guard at Buchanan Resort, a job he immensely enjoyed. He enjoyed fishing and visiting casinos. 

He was born June 11, 1944, in Mooresville, NC, to the late Ralph Edward Ferrell and the late Willeena Elizabeth Parker Ferrell.

Ed married Rose Marie Walltraud Ferrell and she preceded him in death May 30, 2012.

Survivors include Ed’s special friends, Dalene Watson, Steve McAdams, Gloria Arndt, and Mike James.

A graveside memorial service led by friends will be held Friday, October 18, 2024, at 11 am at Bethel Cemetery in Buchanan, TN. 

Burial of the cremated remains will follow the service in Bethel Cemetery.
