Paul E. Bucy

Paul Edwin Bucy, age 68, of Paris, Tenn, died Tuesday, October 4, 2016, at his residence in Paris, Tenn.

He was a member of the church of Christ and was a retired truck driver after many years.   He was a devoted husband, father, son and Papa.

Paul was born March 17, 1948 in Dearborn, MI, the son of the late John Paul Bucy and Edith Woodruff Bucy of Paris, Tenn.

He was married on May 25, 2010 to Tamela Mae Osborne Bucy of Paris, and she survives.  Besides his wife and mother, he is also survived by his three daughters, Shannon (Jason) Parker of Springville, Tenn, Shelley Bucy Culver of Puryear, Tenn, and Shereece (Joseph) Walker of Puryear, Tenn;  three step-sons, Cody (Roberta) Bonifas of Celina, Ohio, Caleb (Ashleigh) Bonifas of Celina, Ohio, and Brandon Jacobs of Paris, Tenn;  one sister, Becki (Bruce) Walker of Buchanan, Tenn;  nine grandchildren,  Jesse Parker, Jaden Parker, John Paul Culver, Jacob Culver, Bryce Walker, Jenna Beth Walker, Myles Bonifas, Connor Ward, and Maezee Bonifas; and four great-grandchildren, Jake Parker, Jaren Parker, Emily Parker, and Gracie Coltrain.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, Tenn, where the visitation will be from 4 – 7 pm Thursday, October 6, 2016 and from 11 am – 1 pm Friday, October 7, 2016.   The Funeral Service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 1:00 pm Friday, October 7, 2016, with Don Campbell and Betty Dunlap officiating.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Walker, Jason Parker, Jesse Parker, Cody Bonifas, Caleb Bonifas, Brandon Jacobs, and Austin Zumbroegel.   Honorary Pallbearers will be Bryce Walker, Myles Bonifas, Jake Parker, Connor Ward, John Paul Culver and Jacob Culver.

Interment will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Buchanan, Tenn.
