Pamela "Pam" Lewis

Pamela “Pam” Sue Lewis, age 61, died Saturday. July 22, 2017, at her residence in Stewart, TN.
Born August 15, 1955, in Defiance, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Eli Carl Font and the late Geraldine Willitzer Font. She was formerly a LPN at the Manor House in Dover, TN.
Pam attended the Leatherwood Church, where she sang in the choir and attended a bible study/craft group on Thursdays. She enjoyed crocheting, hunting and fishing. She loved her dog Gidget, the Christmas holiday, cooking cookies, fudge and peanut brittle at Christmas.
She was married October 4, 1979 to Arthur Duane Lewis, Sr., who preceded her in death on August 13, 2016.
She is survived by two daughters, Sonia (Merl) Ensing of Clarksville, TN, and Kathy (Al) Flores of Ottawa, OH; one son, Arthur D. (Heather) Lewis, Jr., of Cloverdale, OH; two sisters, Mary Ankney of Defiance, OH, and Shirley (Joe) Cramer of Defiance, OH; one brother, Larry (Marie) Font of Angola, IN; ten grandchildren: Joshua Ramon, Devan Lewis, Mikey Sims, Dusty Ensing, Amanda Ramon, Courtney (Zach) Payne, Daley Lewis Dara Lewis, Taron Butler and Cami Butler; and three great grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN. The body is to be cremated with a memorial service to be planned at a later date.
