Nellie Rose Castaldo, age 89 of Paris, TN, died Sunday, August 20, 2017, at Paris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Paris, TN.
She was a homemaker and was Catholic by faith.
Nellie was born April 30, 1928, in Bronx, NY, to the late Giovanni Manna and the late Teresina Longobardi Manna.
She was married April 22, 1951, to Anthony Castaldo, who preceded her in death in 1996.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara (Doug) Picht of East Meadow, NY; one son, Robert (Deborah) Castaldo of Paris, TN; four grandchildren, Douglas Bange, Allison Morin, Dana Castaldo, and Erin Castaldo; and four great grandchildren Nicholas Bange, Joseph Bange, Olivia Bange, and Madeline Morin.
Along with her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by four sisters, Tillie Fiorelli, Josie Webster, Mary Garofalo, and Angie Carbone; and one brother, Tommy Manna.
Local arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN. No local public service is planned.

Burial will be in The Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury, NY.
