Nancy Ann Harris

Nancy Ann Harris, age 54 of Paris, TN, died on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Henry County Health and Rehabilitation.

She was born on November 22, 1970, in Lawton, OK, to the late LC Harris and the late Marcalyn Seavall Harris.

Nancy dedicated many years of her life to working as a social worker. She was an active member of Tennessee Valley Community Church and cherished the time spent with her women’s small group. Additionally, Nancy devoted her time to volunteering at various programs including Tomorrow's Hope. 

Nancy is survived by her three sisters, Mollie Doughten of Union City, TN, Sheila Harris of Union City, TN and Gloria Harris of South Fulton, TN; eight nieces and nephews, Eric Doughten, Ben Doughten, Kerri Everett, Deanne Mosley, Angela Bishop, Shane Morris, Melanie Matlock, and Morgan Hilton; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Gail Morris and Peggy Arabie. 

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, will be handling the arrangements. Her body is to be cremated.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Tennessee Valley Community Church in Paris on Sunday, March 2, 2025. Memorial visitation will be from 2 – 3 pm with the Celebration of Life beginning at 3:00 pm with Steve Gallimore officiating.
