Nadine Brewer

Nadine Brewer, age 87 of Paris, TN, died Saturday, December 22, 2018 at her residence in Paris.

Nadine was a homemaker, formerly worked at Holley Carburetor Plant, and retired from the deli department in Odom’s Food Town after working for 11 years.  She loved her grandchildren, cooking and her flowers.

She was born July 16, 1931 in Weakley County, TN to the late William Jesse McClure and the late Mattie Pearl Turner McClure.

Nadine was married on August 15, 1968 to John Ray Brewer Jr. and he survives of Paris, TN.

Besides her husband, she is also survived by four daughters, Cherry (Gerald) Boyd of Paris, TN, Lisa (Charlie) Partain of Stantonville, TN, Mary Burns of Paris, TN, and Marilyn Brown of Paris, TN; two sons, Steve (Julie) Brewer of Paris, TN, and Joe (Christina) Brewer of Paris, TN; one daughter-in-law, Mary Charles Brown of Lawrenceburg, TN; nine grandchildren, James Burns, Joshua (Aileen) Brown, Jesse Burns, Will (Haylee) Plunk, David Humphries, Morgan Brewer, Emma Brewer, Garrett Brewer, and Sam Brewer; and three great grandchildren, Tyler Burns, David Brown, and Graham Plunk.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, William David Brown; three sisters, Marcille Damron, Dorothy Watts, and Ada Winstead; and three brothers, Doug McClure, Harold McClure, and W.D. McClure.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN where visitation will be at Wednesday, December 26, 2018, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.  The funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at 2:00 pm at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with Bro. Craig Odem officiating.

Pallbearers will be Michael Parker, Vince Dodd, James Burns, Will Plunk, David Humphries, Tyler Burns, Dillon Madden, and Marty Allison.  Named as honorary pallbearers are Chuck Stevens, Billie Page, Gerald Boyd, Randy Thompson, Richard Thompson, and Charlie Partain.

Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Paris, TN.
