Mary "Sue" Paschall

Mary “Sue” Paschall, age 95 of Paris, TN, died Sunday, June 10, 2018, at her residence in Paris, TN.

She was a member of Temple Baptist Church and the Mary Ann Nance Senior Citizens Center both in Paris.  She was a homemaker who enjoyed making homemade pies and loved her church family.

Sue was born July 5, 1922, in Puryear, TN, to the late Arthur Jackson and the late Beatrice Miles Jackson Jones.

She was married April 26, 1935, to Wesley Clay Paschall, who preceded her in death on April 1, 1985.

She is survived by one son-in-law, Jimmy Hamilton of Paris, TN; four grandchildren, Danny (Sharon) Paschall, Jimmy Paschall, Ann (Deb) Merrell, and Tammy Hamilton; four great grandchildren, Kelsie Paschall, Karlie Paschall, Josh (Celeste) Damesworth, and Jessica (Jake) Howington; two great-great grandchildren, Maggie Cate Howington and Ayden Claire Howington; and special caregiver, Dorothy Cunningham.

Along with her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by two daughters, Judy Hamilton and Jane Paschall Merrell; one son, Noah Paschall; and one grandson, Tony Hamilton.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Tuesday, June 12, 2018, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and continue Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Temple Baptist Church in Paris.  The funeral service will be Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at 11:00 am at Temple Baptist Church, with Bro. Gerald Scott officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jimmy Hamilton, Josh Damesworth, Jacob Howington, Jerry Parsons, Jimmy Green, and Glen Loy.

Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Puryear, TN.
