Mary Delores “Dolly” Edwards, age 64, of Henry, TN, died Wednesday April 19, 2017, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN.
Dolly was a self-employed housekeeper who enjoyed gardening and flowers. She was Baptist in faith.
Dolly was born June 19, 1952, in Paris, TN, to the late Barney Ray Lee and the late Opal Shell Lee.
She was married to Robert Earl “Jap” Edwards, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her special friend, James Hicks of Henry, TN; two sons, Tony (Lisa) Edwards of Paris, TN, and Mike (Jennifer) Edwards of Henry, TN; one sister, Robbie Jean “Tutti” French of Paris, TN; six grandchildren, Cain Edwards and fiancée Brooklyn Page of Paris, TN, Hailey (Chase) McKinney of Buchanan, TN, Victoria Smith of Paris, TN, Olivia Teague of Paris, TN, Katilyn Edwards of Henry, TN, and Amber Watson of Paris, TN; and three great grandchildren, Kenzington McKinney, Addilynn McKinney, and Branson Edwards.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by three sisters, Shirley Ann Gaskins, Christine Sanders, and Dorothy Harper; and two brothers, Edward Lee, and Willie Ray Lee.
Arrangements are be handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Thursday April 20, 2017, from 4:00 – 7:00 pm, and continue Friday April 21, 2017, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. The funeral service will be Friday, April 21, 2017, at 1:00 pm at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Page officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chase McKinney, Cain Edwards, Ricky Tanner, Leslie Snow, David Vaughn, and Paul Greer.
Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery.
