Marlene Dillon, age 68, of Paris, Tenn, died Monday, September 12, 2016, at her residence in Paris, Tenn.
She was a member of Bird's Creek Baptist Church. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Henry County Healthcare Center from 1988-1990. She formerly worked at Holley Carburetor Plant in Paris, TN and retired from H.I.S. in Bruceton, TN.
Marlene was born March 1, 1948 in Halls, TN to the late John Quincey Adams and the late Susie Florence Collins Adams.
She is survived by her two Daughters, Tammie (Frank) Holcomb of Buchanan, Tenn, and Melody Wallace of Murray, Ky; two Brothers, Joe Alton Carnell of Merriville, Ind, and Buddy Carnell of West Memphis, Ark; Two Grandchildren, Matthew Andrew Niebauer and Franklin (Lillie) Holcomb both of Paris, TN, and a great granddaughter: Amelia Holcomb.
Additional survivors include several Nieces and Nephews; and Special Friends, Roy Dillon of Puryear, TN, and Edith and Ray Newsom of Paris, TN.
Besides her Parents, she was also preceded in death by a Son, William Walker in infancy.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, Tenn. She is to be cremated with Memorial Visitation from 3 – 4 pm Wednesday, September 14, 2016 and a Memorial Service at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 4:00 pm Wednesday, September 14, 2016. Craig
Peevyhouse will officiate.
Burial of cremains will be at a later date at Memorial Cemetery in Paris, Tenn.
