Marjorie Geurin Milton of Paris died Monday, July 29, 2013, at Paris Health Care Center.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at LeDon Chapel. Leon Ridgeway and Larry Simmons will officiate.
Burial will follow in Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and after noon Thursday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Chosen as pallbearers are Matt Hayes, Brian Tusa, Craig Milton, Bo Sinclair and Shane, Malcolm and Michael Geurin.
Milton was the daughter of the late Smith C. and Laura Wofford Geurin. She was married Dec. 7, 1946, to Billy Milton, who died Jan. 25, 2001.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Paris and retired from Holley carburetor plant.
She is survived by a daughter: Debbie (Jerry) Hayes of Henry; a son: Richard “Dickie” Milton of Paris; Two sisters: Peggy (Robert) Meredith of Georgia and Patty Davenport of Oklahoma; brothers: Norris (Nancy) Geurin of Paris and Wayne (Gail) Geurin of Indiana; Six grandchildren: Jill Hayes-Frye, Matt (Stacy) Hayes, Susan (Brian) Tusa and Carly Milton, all of Paris, Craig Milton
of Martin, and Natalie Johnson of Knoxville; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Dwight Milton; a sister, Blanche Geurin; and three brothers: Paul, Raymond and Johnny Geurin.
