Mamie Collier

Mamie Smith Collier, age 87 of Springville, TN, died Friday, March 10, 2017 at her residence.
Mamie was a member of Dover First Church of the Nazarene in Dover, TN, and enjoyed growing flowers.
Born August 8, 1929 in Mountain View, MO, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Smith and Victoria Campbell Smith.
She was married on August 6, 1949 to Bobby Collier of Springville, TN, who survives.
She is also survived by two daughters, Donna Hillard of Buchanan, TN, and Robin (Jeff) Miles of Marietta, CA; three sons, Terry Gene (Dora) Collier of Erin, TN, Jerry (Judy) Collier of Erin, TN, and Glenn (Brandi) Collier of Paris, TN; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son-in-law: Fines Hillard and a grandson: Jason Collier.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN where the visitation will be Monday, March 13, 2017 from 4 – 7 pm and Tuesday, March 14, 2017 from 10 – 11 am. The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with Steve Waller of Dover First Church of the Nazarene in Dover, TN officiating.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Burial will follow in Westwood Cemetery in Paris, TN.
