Lucius Claude DeHaven, age 79, of Paris, Tenn., died Monday, October 5, 2015, at Legacy Healthcare in Puryear, Tenn.
He was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church. He formerly worked at Dana in Paris, TN and the Vo-Tech School and the The Dairy in Alexandria, LA. He was a member of the Civil Air Patrol in Rapides Parrish, LA and he enjoyed his Grand nephews and Grand nieces.
Claude was born September 26, 1936 in Alexandria, LA to the late Norman Claude DeHaven and the late Eunice Cole DeHaven.
He is survived by his One Sister, Anita (Jim) Breeding of Paris, Tenn; Niece, Kim (Daniel) Stephenson of Paris; Nephews, Jimmy Breeding of Paris, TN, Byron (Nicole) Breeding of Suffolk, VA, Ronnie (Dana) Breeding of Oakland, TN; And 3 Great Nieces and 3 Great Nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn., where the visitation will be from 9 – 11 am Wednesday, October 7, 2015. The Funeral Service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 11:00 am Wednesday, October 7, 2015.
P.J. Scott will officiate. Pallbearers will be Jim Breeding, Jimmy Breeding, Ronnie Breeding, Daniel Stephenson, Marshall Helms, Joe Hundley, Bob Phillips, and William Bo Fendley.
Interment will be at VanDyke Grove Cemetery in Paris, Tenn.
