The funeral service for Henry County native and longtime
Tecumseh Products employee Lisa Jo Holcomb of Hollow
Rock will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Joe McClure and Arthur Bain will officiate. Burial will be in
Henry County Tabernacle Cemetery, south of Paris.

Chosen as pallbearers are Nathan Jordan,
Dakota Holcomb, Richard Holcomb, Bryce
Walker, George Henshell IV, Mitchell Shearer
and Harrison Fisher.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday.

Holcomb, 52, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013,
at Plumley Rehabilitation Center after an extended illness.
She was married on Oct. 25, 1997, to Phillip Holcomb, who survives.

Born in Cottage Grove on Aug. 5, 1960, she was a daughter
of the late Hardin and Rebecca Fodge Powers.
She worked at Tecumseh for 24 years and was formerly
employed at Uncle Lee’s in Paris. She was a member of Open
Doors Community Church. Her husband said she loved reading
her Bible, canoeing, 4-wheeling, cooking and spending
time with her children and grandchildren.

She also leaves one daughter: Traci (Clint) Lackey of Paris;
one son: Joseph (Shereece) Walker of Puryear; one stepson:
Dakota Holcomb of Bartahatchie, Miss.; one sister: Vicki
Taylor of Paris; one brother: Junior Powers of Paris; and four
grandchildren: Nathan Jordan, Joci Lackey, Bryce Walker and
Jenna Beth Walker.
She also was preceded in death by a sister: Sue Wynn; and a
brother: Mark Powers.
