Lindell Paul Chrisman, age 74 of Paris, TN, died Thursday, June 14, 2018, at West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin, TN.
He retired after many years in the automobile industry where he worked for Saturn as a part of the Sunset Automotive Group in Bradenton, FL. Since retiring to Paris, he volunteered his time at Henry County Helping Hand. Lindell also helped with several reunions for the 1961 E.W. Grove High School Class. He attended Fairview Baptist Church, where he enjoyed mowing the church grounds. He loved making his own barbeque sauce and beef jerky and sharing them with everyone. He also enjoyed photography, aviation, and helping others. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Lindell was born August 21, 1943, in Paducah, KY, to the late Nollie Euin “N.E.” “Red” Chrisman and the late Lena Grimm Chrisman.
He was married October 22, 1966, to Janet Leeger Chrisman, who survives, of Paris, TN.
Along with his wife, he is also survived by one daughter, Tara Lynn (Paul) King of Tampa, FL; one son, Adam (Hunter) Chrisman of Bradenton, FL; one sister, Betty Chrisman of Paris, TN; one brother, Eddie (Pat) Chrisman of Louisville, KY; and four grandchildren, Madison King, Lucas King, Cooper Chrisman, and Parker Chrisman.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN. The body is to be cremated.
A Celebration of Life will be Monday, June 18, 2018 at 3:30 pm at Fairview Baptist Church in Paris, with Bro. Johnathan Smith officiating.
