Linda Mae Bradford

Linda Mae Bradford, age 74 of Springville, TN, died Friday, August 2, 2019, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN.

She retired from Lakewood School in Buchanan in 2008 as the cafeteria manager.  Linda was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church in Paris, where she sang in the choir and was very active in many groups.  She loved traveling, cooking, and taking care of her family.

Linda was born January 19, 1945, in Gary, IN, to the late Eldon Kersey and the late Florence Etchison Kersey.

She was married February 8, 1964, to Thomas Lynn Bradford, who survives, of Springville, TN.

Along with her husband, she is also survived by one daughter, Holly (Wes) Archer of Springville, TN; one son, Troy (Teresa) Bradford of Springville, TN; one sister, Judy Springman of Hudsonville, MI; one sister-in-law, Anita Ferguson of Springville, TN; one brother-in-law, Don Kuzma of Crown Point, IN; six grandchildren, Erica Bradford, Chase Bradford, Dustin (Brittany) Archer, Loren (Josh) Morris, Dane Archer, and Josh (Ashlie) Archer; and eight great grandchildren, Madison Bradford, Jaden Bradford, Easton Aaron, Maddox Kibbler, Mason Archer, Shaun Hunt, Lanna Morris, and Claire Archer.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Marilyn Kuzma; two brothers-in-law, Larry Springman and Bob Ferguson; her father-in-law, William “Tommy” Bradford; and her mother-in-law, Helen Bradford.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Sunday, August 4, 2019, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm.  Visitation will continue Monday, August 5, 2019, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm at New Harmony Baptist Church, 7050 Highway 69 South, Paris, TN 38242.  The funeral service will be Monday, August 5, 2019, at 2:00 pm at New Harmony Baptist Church, with Jeff Hardy officiating.

Pallbearers will be Troy Bradford, Wes Archer, Chase Bradford, Jaden Bradford, Dustin Archer, Jeff Kuzma, Kenny Bauswell, Easton Aaron, and Mason Archer.  Named as honorary pallbearers are David Aaron, Marshall Helms, Terry Brown, Bob Phillips, Bobby Hartley, Glen Bruce, and Mike Wilson.

Burial will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery in Springville, TN.
