Linda D. Warlyn, age 70 of Paris, TN, died Saturday, March 13, 2021, at her residence.
Linda was an artist who created stunning and incredibly detailed works of art. Her brilliance was immediately obvious to those who saw her completed works. Not only was she an artist in her work but she was also an artist of life. She was generous and thoughtful to all around her. Wherever she went, it became instantly more beautiful. She will be so missed by family, friends, and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Linda was born August 12, 1950, in Chicago, IL, to the late Clyde Howard Shelpman and the late Frances Marie Santor Shelpman.
She was married June 13, 1981, to Walter Roland Warlyn, who survives, of Paris.
Along with her husband, she is also survived by two daughters, Traci (Richard) Jones of England, and Tiffany Warlyn of Chicago, IL; one son, Allan (Leigh) Zinkann of Chicago, IL; one brother, Joseph (Mary) Shelpman of Oak Lawn, IL; four grandchildren, Katerina Zinkann, Clark Zinkann, Jack Jones, and Kayla Gayton; and special friends, Mike & Karen Krysowaty of Paris.
In addition to her mother and father, she was also preceded in death by one son, Walter “Gator” Warlyn.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242. The body is to be cremated with no services planned at this time.
