Linda L. Thomas Valentine

Linda L. Thomas Valentine, age 84 of Paris, TN, died Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed keeping house, sewing, and crafts.  Linda loved her Dachshund dogs over the years.  She was a member of Maplewood Baptist Church in Paris.

Linda was born August 6, 1939, in Paris, TN, to the late Gordon J. Littleton and the late Mary Mason Smith Littleton.

She was married to Charles William Thomas, who preceded her in death in 1994.

She is survived by three children, Charles Gordon (Suzie) Thomas of Yazoo City, MS, Traci Laine Thomas-Shankle (Chris) of Paris, TN, and Amy Lynn (Barry) Sandefer of Paris, TN; two grandchildren, Charles Gordon (Brittany) Thomas, Jr, and Julie Thomas-Shankle (Jake) Cruse of Gleason, TN; three step grandchildren, Chase Shankle, Andrew (Shelby) Shankle, and Allie Jo Shankle; and four great grandchildren, Rose Thomas, Kara Thomas, Hunter Thomas, and Savannah Thomas.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242.  The body is to be cremated with a family graveside service to be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park at a later date.
