Linda Henson

Linda Kaye Henson, age 64 of Paris, TN, died Wednesday, May 08, 2019, at her residence in Paris, TN.

She retired after a long career as a nurse working at both Henry County Medical Center and Henry County Healthcare for over 35 years.  She was a member of Springhill Baptist Church in Paris.  Linda enjoyed her Bread of Life ministry where she baked bread and shared with others.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, praying for them, and she never met a stranger.

Linda was born March 14, 1955, in Detroit, MI, to the late Robert Bramlett and the late Betty Jean Tucker Hayes.

She was married December 6, 1997, to Jesse Henson, who survives, of Paris, TN.

Along with her husband, she is also survived by one daughter, Betsy (Clint) Walker of Atlanta, GA; one son, Sam (Victoria) Greer of Murfreesboro, TN; two stepsons, Jason Henson of Paris, TN, and Jared Henson of Paris, TN; three sisters, Debbie (Harold) Bratton of Puryear, TN, Jo Ann (Danny Parker) of Dyersburg, TN, and Jeanne Broaz of Ohio; one brother, Sammy Hayes of Jackson, TN; and eight grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Sam Hayes; one sister, Barbara Jane Kirk; and one grandchild.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Thursday, May 9, 2019, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, and continue Friday, May 10, 2019, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.  The funeral service will be Friday, May 10, 2019, at 3:00 pm at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with Bro. Craig Odem officiating.

Family & friends will serve as Pallbearers.

Burial will follow in Bevil Cemetery in Paris, TN.
