Linda Bratton

Linda Joyce Bratton, age 77 of Paris, TN, died Thursday, May 27, 2021, at her residence.

She retired from Emerson Electric after 32 years.  Linda enjoyed going to yard sales and flea markets and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Paris.

Linda was born January 22, 1944, in New Site, MS, to the late Leonard Forrest Isbell and the late Lena May Sheffield Isbell.

She was married June 30, 1984, to Robert Gene Bratton, who survives, of Paris.

Along with her husband, she was also survived by one daughter, Gayla (Donnie) Luke of Indiana; two sons, David Anderson of Martin, TN, and Robert Anderson of Jackson, TN; one stepdaughter, Mary (Michael) Norton of Paris; one stepson, John (Linda) Bratton of Waverly, TN; one sister, Jennie Huguley of Chicago, IL; one brother, Bill (Shirley) Isbell of Booneville, MS; three grandchildren, Christi Wilkins, Jessi (Christian) Vogel, and Grant Lambert; and four great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Henry Isbell and Charles Isbell.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242.  Visitation will be Monday, June 7, 2021, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, and continue Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from 9:00 am – 10:00 am.  The funeral service will be Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 10:00 am in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Dr. Johnathan Smith officiating.

Burial will take place at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, in Siloam Cemetery in Hobo Station, MS.
