The funeral for former Paris resident and college recruiter Kevin Ray Flood of Gleason will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Ridgeway Funeral Home. Tommie Dicus will officiate.
Cremation will follow the service.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday and after 11 a.m. Friday.
Flood, 44, died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013, at Henry County Medical Center.
His wife, Carolyn Middleton Flood, survives. They were married on Nov. 17, 2000.
Born Feb. 9, 1969, in Huntingdon, he was the son of Rena Hudgins Adams of McKenzie, the late Milford Flood and his second mother, Margaret Farris Flood, who lives in Paris.
Flood was a recruiter for Bethel University in McKenzie. He was a member of Rolling Thunder
Motorcycle Club in Martin. His wife said he loved photograpy, fishing and animals, especially dogs.
He also leaves four godchildren; two sisters: Vikki (Ricky) Wofford and Marsha (Michael) Aldridge, both of Paris; three brothers: Gary (Tina) Flood of Springville, Lee (Betty) Smith of Dyersburg and Johnny Adams of McKenzie; Four aunts: Diane (Donald) Barnes, Mary Sue Cook, Dorris Davis and Helen Shell; two uncles: Gale Flood and Ray Hudgins; a sister-in-law: Tammie (Ronnie) Melson of Reagan; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
He also was preceded in death by an uncle: Elroy Hudgins; and an aunt: Linda Jackson.
