Kenneth Cortez Green

Kenneth Cortez Green, age 84 of Springville, TN, died Friday, December 31, 2021, in Paris, TN.

He retired as the owner & operator of Green’s Construction.  Kenneth enjoyed camping, gardening, and spending winters in Florida.  He loved fishing, and spending time with young people.

Kenneth was born June 11, 1937, in Springville, TN, to the late Earlie Lee Green and the late Nancy Adeline Howard Green.

He was married June 18, 1955, to Tressa Moody Green, who preceded him in death.

He is survived by his daughter, Vicki Green of Paris; several nieces and one nephew.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Green Allen and Dorothy Green Easley; and one brother, Waldo Green.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242.  Visitation will be Monday, January 3, 2022, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, and continue Tuesday, January 4, 2022, from 10:00 am – 11:00 am.  The funeral service will be Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 11:00 am at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Randy Stephens officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Rick Green, Steve Green, Lane Green, Jeff Allen, Jim Crawford, and Frank Maupin.

Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Paris, TN.
