Kenneth Anthony "Kenny" Huotari

Kenneth Anthony “Kenny” Huotari, age 75 of Paris, TN, died Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at his residence.

He retired after a long career as a machinist in the tool & die industry. He also formerly worked in sales for Paschall’s Carpet. Kenny loved the Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, and Detroit Redwings. He enjoyed gardening and liked antiques. He was very family oriented and always put others first. Kenny was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran and was Catholic by faith.

Kenny was born March 20, 1949, in Highland Park, MI, to the late Kennth J. Huotari and the late Geraldine Wilkowski Huotari.

He was married December 20, 1976, to his wife of over 47 years, Patricia Cook Huotari, who survives, of Paris, TN.

Along with his wife, he is also survived by five children, Beth Ann Huotari of Paris, TN, Michael J. Cook of MI, Kenneth A. “Tony” (Becky) Huotari, Jr., of MI, Brandon D. Huotari of McKenzie, TN, and Daniel G. (Jennifer) Huotari of MI; one brother, Michael J. Huotari of MI; and 14 grandchildren, River Huotari, Brandon Huotari, Madisyn Huotari, Lilly Huotari, Bradley Huotari, Timmy Saindon, Lillian Huotari, Tristin Cook, Hayden Cook, David Huotari, Anthony Huotari, Faith Huotari, Chloe Huotari, and Christian Huotari. 

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one grandchild, Ma Huotari.

Arrangements will be handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN, 38242. The body is to be cremated. Memorial visitation will be Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with the memorial service beginning at 11:00 am at Ridgeway Funeral Home. 

Inurnment of cremains will be in the Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at Parkers Crossroads, 693 Wildersville Road, Wildersville, TN 38388.
