Keith Allen Underwood age 68 of Puryear, died Friday, October 29, 2021, at the Allenbrooke Nursing and Rehab Center in Memphis, TN.

Born May 18, 1953 in Murray, KY, he was the son of the late Hobert Underwood and the late Martha Key Underwood.

Keith was a retired mechanic from the Henry Farmers Co-op and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Puryear, TN.

The family will hold a private service at a later date.
