Kathy Chapman Mitchell

Kathy Chapman Mitchell, age 45, of Paris, TN, died Thursday, December 8, 2016, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.

She was formerly employed at Henry County High School in the Cafeteria.  She enjoyed cooking, arts & crafts, and she loved helping people.

Kathy was born January 1, 1971 in Paris, TN to her father, the late Ross Chapman and her mother, Priscilla Robbins Chapman of Paris, TN.

She was married July 7, 1993 to Ronald "Bo" Mitchell, and he survives.  Besides her husband and mother, she is also survived by one daughter, Brett Mitchell of Paris, TN;  three sons, Codey Mitchell of Mangilao, Guam, Jordan Mitchell of Paris, TN, and Justin Mitchell of Paris, TN; two sisters,  Kim (Rick) Hollingsworth of Paris, TN, and Kenitha Desaulnier of Paris, TN;  one brother, Keith Chapman of Paris, TN;  one Niece, Ashley Hollingsworth of Paris, TN; and one nephew, Ryan Hollingsworth of Paris, TN.

Along with her father, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Kris Baker; and one brother, Kelly Chapman.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN where the visitation will be from 3 – 7 pm Sunday, December 11, 2016 and from 12 – 2 pm Monday, December 12, 2016.   The funeral service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 2:00 pm Monday, December 12, 2016 with Erie Kelleher officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Interment will follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery in Springville, Tenn.
