Katherine Heim

Katherine Ann Heim, age 77 of Paris, TN, died Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at her residence in Paris, TN.

She was a homemaker who was a loving mother and grandmother.  Katherine enjoyed a nice cup of tea, old movies, especially John Wayne, musicals, reading, antiquing, and traveling.  She was Catholic in faith.

Katherine was born March 24, 1941, in Chicago, IL, to the late Aloysius John Ignowski and the late Mildred Schultz Ignowski.

She is survived by four daughters, Claudia Lake of Charlotte, NC, Paula (Terry) Warmack of Camden, TN, Laura Scott of Hendersonville, TN, and Audra Mull of Deer Park, NY; three sons, Carl Fredrick (Tracy) Arnold of Paris, TN, Eric Jon Arnold of Camden, TN, and Anthony (Jennifer) Arnold of Charlotte, NC; one sister-in-law, Griselda “Sally” Ignowski of Palm Harbor, FL; 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son-in-law, Jeff Lake; one sister, Rosemary Lillie; and two brothers, John Ignowski and Aloysius Ignowski, Jr.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN.  The body is to be cremated.  A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, October 16, 2018, from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm at Dunagan Farms, 3500 Gate 3 Road, Paris, TN 38242.
