Judy Garrett Davis

Judy Garrett Davis, age 62 of Paris, TN, died Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN.

She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Hill Union Church in Paris.

Judy was born June 7, 1957, in Greenfield, TN, to the late Harvey Garrigus and the late Katie Clifton Garrigus.

She was married September 20, 2003, to Jeff Davis, who preceded her in death on May 9, 2016.

She is survived by her daughter, Amy Elizabeth Ledford of Paris, TN; her son, William Dale “Billy” Clayton, II, of Paris, TN; two sisters, Sally (Mike) Barham of California, and Mary Frances (Jerry) Jordan of Springville, TN; one brother, Harvey Garrigus, Jr., of Kentucky; and three grandchildren, Joseph Robertson, Daniel Clayton, and Kayleigh Whittier.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Warren Clifton Garrigus; and one granddaughter, Dawn LeGail Freeland.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN 38242.  Visitation will be Monday, November 11, 2019, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 pm at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Kenneth Beal officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Thomas Brown, Andrew Garrigus, Harvey Garrigus, Jr., Joseph Robertson, David Underwood, and Dylan Adams.  Named as an honorary pallbearer is Daniel Clayton.

Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Paris, TN.
