Judy Ann Hibner, age 59 of Paris, TN, died Wednesday, August 16, 2017, in Paris, TN.
She was a former caregiver to her mother until her death in September 2016. She was a great cook, loved her grandchildren, and animals, especially her special dog, Annie.
Judy was born October 6, 1957, in Lawrence, KS, to the late Donald Robert Hibner, Sr., and the late Anna Mae Weeks Hibner.
She is survived by one daughter, Brandy (Tracy) Powers of Mary Esther, FL; one son, Daniel Robert (Carole) Basel of Lompoc, CA; two sisters, Diana Dillon of Baldwin, KS, and Donna Hibner of Branson, MO; one brother, Donald Robert “Rob” Hibner, Jr., of Milan, TN; and five grandchildren, Brittany Powers, Tyler Powers, Jackalyn Powers, Nicholas Basel, and Noah Basel.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN. The body is to be cremated with no public services planned.
