Jo Nell Priddy

Jo Nell Priddy, age 84 of Paris, TN, died Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN.

She was a member of Eastwood Church of Christ.  She retired from Mar-Kel Lighting in Paris, TN.  After retirement, she enjoyed taking care of her two twin granddaughters.  She also loved her flowers and gardening.

Jo Nell was born April 14, 1933, in Paducah, KY, to the late Charlie Hosford and the late Tura Jones Hosford.

She was married July 19, 1952, to Thomas H. “Pat” Priddy, who preceded her in death on February 16, 2014.

She is survived by her son, Tommy (Barbara) Priddy of Paris, TN; twin granddaughters, Shelby Priddy Chapman and husband, Joe of Paris, TN, and Stephanie Priddy of Henry, TN; one great grandchild, Emma Jo Chapman; three sisters, Ruby Macias of Clarksville, TN, Sue Brown of Michigan, and Patsy Hanna of Oregon; one brother, Charles Hosford of Camden, TN; and four sisters-in-law, Mildred Byars, Mary Lee Hosford, and Linda Hosford all of Paris, TN, and Wanda Hosford of California.

Along with her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister in infancy, Wanda K. Hosford; and four brothers, Harold Hosford, Gene Hosford, Sammy Hosford and Wayne Hosford.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Tuesday, July 11, 2017, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, and continue Wednesday, July 12, 2017, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm.  The funeral service will be Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at 2:00 pm at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Corey Sawyers officiating.

Pallbearers will be Dale Hosford, Mike Hosford, Ray Macias, Andy Macias, Tony Macias, and Tom Kinsland.

Burial will follow in Walker Cemetery in Paris, TN.
