John Jackson

John Paul Jackson age 55 of Paris died Saturday, February 8, 2020, at his residence.

He was a self- employed plumber and Pentecostal in faith.

John married Shirley Brown Jackson July 1, 1996, and she survives of Paris.

Born October 3, 1964, in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Ernest Paul Jackson and Stella Stafford Franklin of Murray, KY.

In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include, three daughters, Ashley Nicole Jackson, Brittney Marie Jackson, and Amanda Louise Jackson all of Campbellsville, KY; a sister, Debbie Zingale of Memphis, 11 grandchildren; his step father, Joe Melanson of Murray; and two step sisters, Nila Thompson of Paris, and Barbara Reed of California.

Along with his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ricky Neal Jackson and Ernest Lee Jackson.

Ridgeway Funeral Home 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN 38242 will be handling the arrangements. Visitation will be Thursday, February 13, 2020, from 4 until 6 pm with a funeral service to be held at 6 pm in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with Johnathan Casner officiating.

Cremation will follow the service.
